Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Wasatch Transfer & Storage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our moving and storage services.

Services

Wasatch Transfer & Storage provides professional moving and storage services including:

• Residential and commercial moving
• Packing and unpacking services
• Storage solutions
• Specialty item moving
• Long-distance relocations

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information given at the time of the estimate. Final costs may vary based on actual services rendered, materials used, and time required. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, checks, and cash.

Liability and Insurance

Wasatch Transfer & Storage is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. We take great care with all items, but moving inherently involves some risk. Our insurance coverage and liability limits are available upon request. Additional insurance coverage may be purchased for high-value items.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your move.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the move
• Securing parking permits if required
• Disconnecting and preparing appliances
• Identifying fragile or valuable items
• Being present or designating a representative during the move
